Tuomas can bring that atmosphere with his rich, warm-timbred and expressive tenor voice adding a special energy to any event. Tuomas Miettola is one of the most prominent and popular singers of his generation in Finland. He has been seen several times as a soloist at the venues such as Finnish National Opera, Savonlinna Opera Festival, Tampere Opera, Oulu City Theater and Ilmajoki Music Festival. He has been collaborated with conductors such as Hannu Lintu, Susanna Mälkki, Dima Slobodeniuk, Giancarlo Andretta and so on. Miettola has been awarded with the very first Jorma Hynninen Art Prize (2024) and he has won the Second Prize and the Audience Prize in Havets Röst Singing Competition (2023).
